The exterior dimensions of The Original Wapiti Box are 9.13"L x 8.19"W x 3"H and the interior dimensions 7.75"L x 6.75"W. It is designed to accommodate a range of elk ivory collections, from single sets to larger collections.

How many elk ivories can the Wapiti Box hold?
The velvet insert is designed to securely hold and display a range of ivory sizes and quantities. The number of elk ivories that can fit in your Wapiti Box will depend on how you prefer to arrange them. The Wapiti box will hold up to a maximum of 56 ivories (28 sets). We recommend more space between each ivory and prefer 12-21 sets.

Can I order my Wapiti Box with a custom engraving or personalization?
We offer the ability to engrave your name or initials into your Wapiti Box for an additional charge. For additional requests reach out to us and we will evaluate them on a case-by-case basis. 

What is the recommended storage environment for my Wapiti Box?
To preserve the quality and appearance of your Wapiti Box, it is best to store it in a location away from extreme temperature fluctuations and humidity. Keep it out of direct sunlight to prevent potential fading or damage. By maintaining a stable and controlled environment, you can ensure your Wapiti Box remains in pristine condition for years to come.

Can I return the Wapiti Box if I am not satisfied with it?
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your Wapiti Box within 30 days of purchase in new condition. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping charges to return. Once the return is received, Wapiti Box will issue a full refund. Wapiti Boxes that have custom engraving will not be able to be returned. 

What if there is a mistake in my custom engraving request?
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their custom engraving text. Please carefully review and confirm your engraving details before submitting your order. If an order with incorrect engraving details is submitted, Wapiti Box isn't liable for the engraving errors. Changes to the engraving text post-submission might not be possible or could incur additional costs. If we make an engraving error, we will ship a replacement box free of charge. 

Can I get an example photo of my name engraved?
We are unable to provide photos of custom engraving examples of your name in our available fonts at this time. Please reference the font preview box in the Wapiti Box product page as well as the product photos.

Can I order a custom size or design for my Wapiti Box?
Currently, we offer a standard size and design for our Wapiti Box. However, we are always open to suggestions and may consider custom orders in the future. Contact Us and share what you have in mind!

How do I clean and maintain my Wapiti Box?
To clean the exterior of your Wapiti Box, use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. For the interior, gently remove the black velvet insert and clean it with a soft brush. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to prevent damage to the finish.

How do I hang my Wapiti Box on the wall?
Wapiti Box features an integrated keyhole-style hanger for easy wall mounting. Simply secure a suitable screw or nail into your wall and hang the box using the keyhole hanger.

Can the Wapiti Box accommodate other types of collectibles?
While Wapiti Box is specifically designed for displaying elk ivories, it may be suitable for showcasing other small collectibles. Please ensure the items fit securely within the velvet insert and that the lid can close properly.

How long will it take to receive my Wapiti Box after placing an order?
Shipping times may vary based on your location and the current demand for our product. We will provide an estimated delivery date during the checkout process.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We may expand our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.

At this time, we only offer the Wapiti Box in high-grade 100% American dark walnut with a premium natural finish. We may consider adding different wood types and finishes to our product line in the future.

To place your elk ivories in the Wapiti Box, gently push them into the desired slot in the black velvet insert, ensuring they are held snugly and securely. The velvet insert is designed to display and protect your ivories without the need for additional fasteners or adhesives.
